Titling and Registering of the vehicle on a Refinance, Lease Buyout, and Private Party sale is the sole responsibility of the applicant. Digital Federal Credit Union must be listed as the lien holder as follows: DCU 220 Donald Lynch Blvd Marlborough MA 01752. Member Service Center will not be liable for fees or penalties associated with the registering or titling of the vehicle.
